We offer a free trial when you join and subscribe to the products and services referred to as ARC. When you have registered, you will be able to access a download area where you will have access to a number of excellent tools and resources. You will then have the opportunity to join the ARC service on a 12 month basis and to receive additional resources as they happen throughout the year. You have the choice to purchase the subscription as a one off payment (for 12 months) or to pay monthly. The service runs for a full 12 months and your subscription cannot be cancelled or monies refunded in part during the 12 month period. Your subscription will then renew automatically after each 12 month period until cancelled. You may cancel your annual subscription after one full year has been taken by giving 30 days notice prior to the expiry date of your annual subscription. This can be done via email and you should quote your username and password in all correspondence.
